This bid solicitation is being issued on behalf of the
Department of National Defence/Canadian Forces (DND/CF) to
obtain IT Security services support under the Cyber Protection
Supply Arrangement (CPSA). The work performed will provide
support to all IT Infrastructure systems and services in DND's
Classified and Designated Domains that are not executing or
automating business work flows. This solicitation is open to all
Work Stream Three CPSA Suppliers as indicated below. The Request
For Proposal (RFP) documents have been sent directly to the
Suppliers solicited.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT: There are two Streams of service
associated with this requirement. For Stream One only, the
Contractor personnel requiring access to CLASSIFIED restricted
information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must be citizens
of Canada.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the
Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-Panama Free
Trade Agreement.

After contract award, Bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make
the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days
of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The
debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
