ITEM 001 - Quantity four (4) Ambulances Type I 4x4, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid(DDP) toCFB Edmonton, Edmonton Alberta.
ITEM 002 - Quantity four (4) Ambulances Type I 4x4, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Valcartier, Courcelette Quebec.
ITEM 003 - Quantity four (4) Ambulances Type I 4x4, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Petawawa, Petawawa Ontario.
ITEM 004 - Quantity four (4) Ambulances Type I 4x4, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to CFB Gagetown, Oromocto New Brunswick.
ITEM 005 Optional Quantity (Up to 16) Ambulances Type I 4x4, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty paid (DDP). Option may be exercised by DND/PWGSC within twelve (12) months from the date of contract award.
