Work under the proposed contract comprises the furnishing of all
labour, material, equipment, transportation and supervision
required to provide electrical upgrades to the building B8 at
Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, as more
fully described in the drawings and specifications.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
1) There will be a optional site visit on May 22, 2012 at 10:00
a.m.. Interested bidders are to meet at the front entrance of
Saskatchewan Penitentiary, 15th Street West, Prince Albert,
Saskatchewan.

2) Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the
project have the proper safety footwear (CSA approved green
patch) . Hard hats and safety glasses are also required.
Contractor personnel/individuals who do not have the proper
safety attire will be denied access to the site.
PLEASE NOTE:
All bidders attending the site walk through must complete the
"Institutional Access CPIC Clearance Request" form and return by
fax to PWGSC Real Property Services, Attn: David Pochylko, (306)
975-5397, before 4:00 p.m. CST, Wednesday, May 16, 2012.

Drawings and Specifications are available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
