PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.047333.002, Transformer Upgrade,
Blackburn Building, 85 Sparks Street, Ottawa, ON

Project description: Transformer Upgrade & Replacement.

Work is to be completed within seven (7) weeks after contract
award.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security
Clearance at level of SECRET. Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on September 18, 2012, 10:00am.
Interested bidders shall meet at the main entrance, 11 Metcalfe
Street, Ottawa, ON.

Please Note: The names of each individual attending the site
visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they
represent, must be provided to the Contracting Officer by
15:30pm September 13, 2012 in order to gain access to the site.
