PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Address emergency egress deficiencies and
fire code infractions, 335 River Road, Ottawa, Ontario
Work is to be completed within sixteen (16) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: $ 500,001.00 - $1,000,000.00
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on November 18, 2014 at 10:00am.
