NATURE OF REQUIREMENTS: The work is for redevelopment of Ground Floor for Common Service Delivery Point Fit-up in Berlin, Germany.
SUMMARY OF THE RFP SOLICITATION:
Background: The office space was previously occupied as an interview and waiting area, and is now a mix of occupied offices and vacant floor space.
Expected outcome: The Government of Canada, through Global Affairs Canada (GAC), wishes to fit up a section of office space with (32) new workstations and (9) touchdown stations, and associated office furniture. GAC is seeking proposals from design/build contractor who will be responsible to work with the project team in Canada as well as the Embassy staff to create a set of construction drawings based on GAC’s requirements, and then complete the work based on the approved construction drawings.
