Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders will be the sole authoritative source
for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

After June 1, 2013, all tenders and related documents and

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.011488.002, Fire Alarm System
Replacement, 111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0S5
Project description: This is the replacement of the fire
alarm and sprinkler systems for the John G. Diefenbaker Building.
Work is to be completed within sixty (60) weeks after contract
award.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on April 23, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.
Interested bidders shall meet at the Main Commissionnaires Desk,
111 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
