Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the
services of an architectural or licensed interior design firm,
acting as prime consultant together with a multi-disciplinary
team of sub-consultants for the provision of service required
for this project. as more fully described in the Terms of
Reference (TOR).
This Request for Proposal is a 1 stage, 1 phase selection
process. This means that the proponent must submit all technical
information, and at the same time, they must also submit their
cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. Ensure that
information related to costs are not included with the technical
portion of the proposal.
Proponents shall be licensed, or eligible to be licensed,
certified or otherwise authorized to provide the necessary
professional services to the full extent that may be required by
provincial or territorial law in the province of Saskatchewan.
A site visit will be held on August 12, 2014 at 10:30 AM at the
Canada Revenue Agency ITAX Building, 1955 Smith Street, Regina,
SK. Interested Bidders are to meet in the front lobby.
This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
