IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation
would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications.
Canada will post all amendments using GETS. It is the sole
responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the
most up-to-date information.

Canada will not be liable for any oversight on the Bidder's part
nor for notification services offered by a third party.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Work of this contract involves the development of a small
fishing boat harbour in Harrington Harbour, QC.

Work includes mainly, without limitation:
1. The construction of a breakwater.
2. Dredging of undersea sediments.
3. The construction and installation of an accesse to floating
docks including two gangways and concrete blocks.
4. The supply and installation of steel piles achored to
concrete blocks.
5. The supply, transportation and installation of floating
docks, and implementing their anchoring system.
6. Developing a parking area and wooden walkways.
7. A lighting system and electricity.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work shall be completed by May 30 2016.

BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is between 1 000 001 $ and 5 000
000 $ (including GST and QST)
