Nature of Requirements:
This amends the closing date of the Request for a Standing Offer
and NPP posted on the MERX electronic board from 10 September
2012 to 14 September 2012.
Household Furniture
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), Toronto, Ontario has a
requirement for the supply, delivery, and assembly of basic
household furniture, which are to be provided on an as and when
requested basis, during the period of the Standing Offer
throughout Ontario with the majority of the deliveries being
made to the following six (6) areas: Greater Toronto Area
(GTA); Hamilton; Kitchener; London; Windsor; and Ottawa area.
However, a small number of deliveries may be required in other
areas in the Province of Ontario
Typically, deliveries will be required within three (3) days of
a call-up, but on occasion, delivery may be required within
twenty-four (24) hours of a call-up.
The proposed period of the Standing Offer is 1 year from date of
Standing Offer (tentative date 1 October 2012) with the right to
request an extension for an additional period of 1 year.
Estimated Value is $1,500,000.00 (HST included) per year.
