Requirement Summary: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is issuing this Request for Proposal on behalf of Statistic Canada that requires the services of a Contractor to perform Sample Biochemistry Analysis, Storage Services, Destruction Services and Shipment for blood samples collected from Canadians aged 1 to 79 years old for the Canadian Health Measures Survey (CHMS) cycle 7 and possibly the cycle 8.
