This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories:
Intermediate Subject Matter Expert
Intermediate Needs Analysis and Research Consultant
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: All the qualified SA Holder has been invited.
Description of the Requirement:
The Physical Resources Bureau (ARD) requires the services of one (1) Intermediate Subject Matter Expert in Real Property and one (1) Intermediate Needs Analysis and Research Consultant.
The objectives of this work is to gather sufficient data and provide the analysis necessary to enable departmental executives to make decisions with respect to addressing the future IM/IT needs of the Real Property Bureau. The contractor will fulfil the following main tasks:
The identification of ARD’s IM/IT needs
Assessing these needs against industry standards, market offerings and build scenarios
Calculating total cost of ownership (TCO)
Making recommendations on how to proceed to “modernize” ARD’s IM/IT systems
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: Secret
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Secret

The World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA),
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT),
the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA),
the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA),and
the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from August 22nd, 2016 to March 31st, 2017
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be:
160 days for the Needs Analysis and Research Consultant
