CSA is interested in exploring opportunities for process efficiencies and productivity improvements, including the use of innovative and emerging technologies. More specifically, the focus of the work will be on the integration of salary forecasting and staffing and planning exercises, which need to be improved, automated (where possible), and carried out in real-time or near-real-time, in accordance with the Directive on Service and Digital, particularly section 4.2. Client-centric service design and delivery.

Most (if not all) of the consultative work may need to be done remotely, since most CSA employees are not in the CSA headquarters or other CSA sites, but rather working from their homes.
Any meetings held in person must be carried out in accordance with safety guidelines in effect at the time of the meeting in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic response.
Maximum Funding
The total maximum funding available for the contract resulting from the bid solicitation is $150,000.00, Goods and Services Tax or Harmonized Sales Tax extra, as appropriate. This disclosure does not commit Canada to pay the maximum funding available.
