Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) is required for the
provision of all labour, materials, tools, transportation,
equipment and supervision required to carry out Substance
Testing of building materials (either onsite or off-site in the
company laboratory) on an "as and when required" basis for any
Government of Canada building in the Ontario Region except at 4
DCSG Garrison Petawawa, Ontario. This will include testing for:
Asbestos, lead in paint, mold and other substances that could
pose a hazard to occupants and construction personnel. It is
anticipated that one (1) firm will be issued a standing offer
for each of the four geographic areas listed in ANNEX "B".
Should one Offeror provide the lowest evaluated price for
multiple locations, PWGSC will issue one (1) Standing Offer
including all applicable locations.
The period of the Standing Offer is for three (3) years
inclusive.
