This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualify under Tier 1 and under the stated consultant category, security level, region, level of expertise for the following stream(s): Stream 2: Business consulting/change management services
The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

Description of the Requirement:
The Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention Branch of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is seeking a contract with a team of professional resources to conduct an economic analysis of the 9-8-8: Suicide Crisis Helpline funding program under the Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) for Solutions-based professional services under stream 2: Business consulting/change management services. The work to be performed is detailed under Appendix “A” Statement of Work. The resources will work off-site at their own facilities. It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract with an anticipated contract period from the Date of Contract Award (estimated April 2025) to September 30, 2025.
Level of Security Requirement:
There is no security requirement.
