SOLUTIONS Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: Innovation, Sciences and Economic Development Canada (ISED)
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualified under Tier 1for the following stream: Project Management Services.
To facilitate the process, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada has chosen to attach a copy of the RFP to allow those suppliers who were not formally invited to bid on this requirement to submit a proposal should they wish to do so. Only suppliers listed on Annex 1 – List of Suppliers of the solicitation of this notice can submit a proposal. (Suppliers listed in Annex 1 of this notice should hereby consider themselves invited to bid (there is no requirement for the suppliers listed in Annex 1 to further request to be added to the invited bidders list).
Note: Any resulting Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to this RFP will be posted on GETS as they are issued. No Q&A will be emailed directly to any suppliers. This list will not be updated if additional suppliers request copies of the solicitation.
Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Innovation, Sciences and Economic Development Canada [the “Client”] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The Contractor will undertake a qualitative and quantitative global analysis of each of the six key economic high growth key strategic sectors focusing in on economy-wide horizontal issues, namely, skills and talent, expanding global markets; firm lifecycle support from start-up to scale-up; managing the transition to the digital economy; clean growth and social licence; increasing both domestic and foreign investment; and regulatory pathways. It is intended to resulting in the award of one (1) contract each for one (1) year.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Comprehensive Economic & Trade Agreement (CETA), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract award to August 31, 2018.
