Requirement:
For the supply, delivery, on-site installation and on-site
training of one (1) new and unused automated carbon/nitrogen
analyzer to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Lacombe Research
Centre located in Lacombe, Alberta as per the specifications
detailed at Annex A in the Request for Proposal. The
carbon/nitrogen analyzer must be based on the DUMAS combustion
method of analysis.
All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31,
2014.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the
results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
