The Greenhouse and Processing Crops Research Centre (GPCRC),
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC), Harrow, ON., requires
one new Carbon and Nitrogen Analyzer (name and brand may vary)
to carry out the total organic carbon and total nitrogen
composition of soil samples, soil fractions and plant samples
obtained from greenhouse, laboratory and field studies. The
instrument must be a fully automated laboratory bench top system
upon setup, calibration and final commissioning by the
Contractor. The Contractor must also provide onsite training
for laboratory staff.
Delivery is required within 6 weeks of contract award.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be
declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
