This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
both official languages of Canada.
Total Organic Carbon Analyzer
For the supply, delivery and installation of a Total Organic
Carbon Analyzer that will be used to analyze both liquid
(primarily water, saltwater, soil K2SO4 extracts) and solid
samples ( soils, sediments, composts) for organic carbon as well
as total nitrogen to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Crops and
Livestock Research Centre in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
as described in the Requirement at Annex "A".
All the deliverables must be received and installed on or before
March 31, 2014.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
