DESCRIPTION
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), is issuing this Request for Proposal for the acquisition, delivery and installation of a carbon analyzer for the Quebec Laboratory for Environmental Testing (QLET).
