The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
following items to be delivered to Montreal, Quebec by 31 March
2014.
Equivalent Part Numbers (P/N) will be considered.

NOTE - Equivalent SPECTRUM ANALYZER must be backward compatible
with the Anritsu MS2721A and MS2721B family spectrum analyzer.
Equivalent SPECTRUM ANALYZER must be able to do the X, KU and
DBS bands. Equivalent SPECTRUM ANALYZER must have a minimum
frequency coverage of 9 KHz to 20 GHz. Equivalent SPECTRUM
ANALYZER must be 100% compatible with the Newpoint Network
Management System which is now sold under the company name of
Kratos Networks. Equivalent SPECTRUM ANALYZER must include the
required Newport (Kratos Networks) drivers needed to work with
DND's existing Network Management System.
