The National Research Council (NRC) has a requirement for a
Fourier transfer infrared (FTIR) based online multi-gas anaylzer
for analysis of emissions of internal combustion engines fuelled
with diesel, natural gas and syngas. Mandatory requirements are
detailed in Annex B of the Request for Proposal (RFP). Training
and installation is to be included in the price.

Delivery will be to Ottawa, ON and is requested on or before
March 31, 2015.
