Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) requires a
2-port, 40 GHz stand-alone vector network analyzer (VNA). The
VNA requires a wide dynamic range, must provide direct receiver
access, step attenuators on source and receiver ports, time
domain functionality and pulse measurement capabilities
including required hardware and control software.
