ELECTIONS CANADA REQUIRES THE ABILITY TO CALL UP SAS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO ASSIST IN SUPPORTING SAS PRODUCTS USED BY EC LEADING UP TO AND DURING THE 42ND GE AND BEYOND ON AN AS REQUIRED BASIS.
