PROJECT SUMMARY
1.1 The project is to obtain the services of two (2) Senior Analysts with expertise in the ATIP field with secret clearance. AAFC needs one analyst for the treatment of highly complex Access to Information and Privacy requests and one analyst on privacy policy matter in order to assist in fulfilling its legislative requirements to respond to formal request made under the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.
1.2 The requirement is divided in two (2) streams:
Stream 1 – Access to Information Analyst
Stream 2 – Privacy Analyst
1.3 Successful bidders will be awarded a contract(s) for a period from date of award to March 31st, 2017, with three (3) one (1) year options periods.
1.4 Bidders may bid on one or more work streams. Each work stream will be evaluated individually. Each work stream will have its own contract
1.5 It is anticipated that one (1) contract will be issued to each stream which will equal pursuant to this Request for Proposal (RFP) with a limitation of expenditure for each as identified below.
Stream #1 = $145,000.00 (Professional Fees) + $5,000.00 (Travel) CAD excluding applicable taxes
Stream #2 = $65,000.00 (Professional Fees) + $5,000.00 (Travel) CAD excluding applicable taxes
1.6 Contracts will be managed using a Task Authorization Process. The TA allocation process is described in Part #3, Article 9.0.
