Annual Performance Inspections for Ontario First Nation Water and Wastewater Systems
Contact the First Nations included in the list of 116 First Nations and one (1) Indigenous education council to schedule site visits and inspections with the necessary personnel. For each First Nation, the location, name and number of water/wastewater systems to be inspected will be provided to the Recipient.
Upon completion of the site visit, the Recipient will complete an electronic water/wastewater system annual performance inspection report for each system, using the Microsoft Excel® (MS Excel) report templates provided (see Section I - Inspection Wastewater System Export, and Section H - Inspection Water Treatment System Export).
Within two weeks of the site visit/inspection being completed, the Recipient will submit an electronic version of the inspection(s) reports to ISC for review. Should the electronic file contain errors, it will be returned to the Recipient for corrections and resubmission. The Recipient will be notified upon an error free file and successful import of the data.
Provide a monthly update on the status of the site visits and inspections completed.
Work directly with the ISC Departmental Representative on data gathering, at the request of ISC.
