To supply 3,600,000 Capsules of Doxycycline 100mg to the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) Ottawa, ON.
To supply 1,867.500 Tablets of Ciprofloxacin 500mg to the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) Ottawa, ON.
To supply 1,000,000 Tablets of Ciprofloxacin 500mg to the Department of National Defence (DND) Petawawa, ON.
Options:
Contract includes an option to procure additional quantities for up to 4 years.
Item 4: The option quantity of up to 3,600,000 Capsules of Doxycycline 100mg for PHAC in the next 4 years.
Item 5: The option quantity of up to 3,600,000 tablets of Ciprofloxacin 500mg for PHAC in the next 4 years.
Item 6: The option quantity of up to 1,200,000 tablets of Ciprofloxacin 500mg for DND in the next 3 years.
Delivery:
Item 1: The firm quantity of 3,600,000 Capsules of Doxycycline 100mg for PHAC is required on or before March 31, 2018.
Item 2: The firm quantity of 1,867,500 tablets of Ciprofloxacin 500mg for PHAC is required on or before March 31, 2018.
Item 3: The firm quantity of 1,000,000 tablets of Ciprofloxacin 500mg for DND is required on or before March 31, 2018.
Delivery Date: 01/02/2018
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
