Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Transport Canada has a requirement for upgrades to the water supply system at the Digby Ferry Terminal. The work includes demolishing the existing water supply system and replacing it with new potable water system, complete with new drilled well, water treatment system, water lines, etc. Work must be completed within 26 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
