This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) process is to establish a Supply Arrangement with a single vendor that can meet the specifications, who will be providing the required end user equipment such as Desktop Computer Systems and Laptops and associated services, in a timely manner, when and/or if required, on a supply basis during this RFP’s Contract period.
