The consultant’s work will involve preparing and planning the staffing process in collaboration with the manager in charge. A project plan, for each process, will be developed based on the template used by the CSA. The consultant will provide advice and guidance to the engineering consultant, to the manager responsible for the process, to the sub-delegated staffing director and to the evaluation committee members throughout the process in accordance with the CSA’s staffing laws, policies and practices. The consultant will be supported by an HR assistant from the CSA for execution of all the activities requiring administrative support, that is to say, posting and receiving applications, notifying candidates, reserving rooms, ordering evaluation tools, sending results, maintaining the file, etc.
