The Hose shop within the Aerospace and Telecommunication Engineering
Support Squadron’s Integrated Health Monitoring (ATESS/IHM) section
manufactures a wide variety of aircraft hoses for a number of fleets.
The existing hose assembly machine is obsolete and replacement parts
are not available.
The technicians in the Hose shop need to assemble flexible hoses in a
consistent manner and comply with drawing specifications.
A flexible hose assembly machine is required that meets or exceeds the
Minimum Mandatory specifications as outlined in Annex A - Requirement.
