The Department of National Defence has a requirement to
establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the
purchase of heater kits for the Light Support Vehicular Wheeled
(LSVW) and Heavy Logistic Vehicular Wheeled (HLVW) in accordance
with Annex A - Item Description and Pricing.
This requirement is for an initial period of two (2) years from
the effective date of the Standing Offer, with an option to
extend the offer by one (1) additional period of one (1) year.

Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
