Nature of Requirements:
Gas Chromatograph/Mass Spectrometer
For the supply and installation of a Gas Chromatograph/Electron
Impact/ Electron Capture Negative Ion Tandem Mass Spectrometer
for Environment Canada, Toronto, Ontario comprised of the
following components: a state of the art Gas Chromatograph;
autoinjector and autosampler tray modules; a high-performance,
triple quadrupole mass-spectrometer (including electron-impact
and electron-capture, negative-ion capability); and a dedicated,
computerized workstation (including printer, monitors) and
software for full operational control of all modules
constituting the system, data acquisition and manipulation
including on site training for up to 5 people and a minimum of 3
processing software licenses.
All the deliverables must be received on or before 31 March
2013.
There is a Certification required by bid solicitation closing
for this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
