High performance liquid chromatography instrument.

Request for Proposal (RFP) to supply aHigh performance liquid chromatography instrument to be delivered to the National Research Council Canada, located in Montreal, province of Quebec.
Requested delivery: As soon as possible, but desired delivery would be by January 10, 2017.
The suppliers will be selected following an evaluation based on the mandatory technical evaluation criteria specified inthe Statement of requirement included in this Request for Proposal.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and of the Agreement on the Internal Trade (AIT).
All inquiries and other communication regarding this Request for Proposal must be sent, in writing, only to the contracting authority named in this Request for Proposal.
Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in both official languages of Canada.
