TITLE: PACKAGED TERMINAL AIR CONDITIONER
The Department of National Defence (DND), 17 Wing, located in
Winnipeg, Manitoba has a requirement for the supply and delivery
of 38 Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner (PTAC) units, as
detailed in Annex A.
Delivery must include all parts, warranty, options and
specifications detailed herein.
A complete list of mandatory specifications are detailed in the
tender document.
While delivery is requested by December 31, 2014 the best
delivery that could be offered is acceptable.
FOB destination: Department of National Defence (DND), 17 Wing,
located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
TRADE AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
