The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) have a requirement to
put a Standing Offer in place for the provision of speed
measurement equipment (Stationary Mode, Conventional Moving Mode
and Same Direction Mode) to enforce vehicle speed regulations
throughout Canada for which the technical specifications are
detailed in Annex A.
