Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for the supply of a Vacuum Stability Test Apparatus, to enable the performance of the VST in accordance with the test requirements outlined in STANAG 4556 and perform complementary thermal stability tests, designed to determine if an explosive formulation is stable at various temperatures and test periods. The requirement is to be delivered at Ottawa, On by March 2018.
Amendment 001 is raise to modify the solicitation closing time from 2:00 Easten Daylitght Saving Time EDT to 2:00 Eastern Standard Time EST.
All other terms and conditions of the request for proposal remain the same.
