Nature of Requirements:

The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) wants to acquire a
system for the measurement of the permeability to oxygen and to
water vapor. This system will be used to test new materials for
applications in different fields such as; fuel cells, packaging,
construction and others. The system will be composed of one
apparatus for the measurement of the permeability to oxygen and
one apparatus for the measurement of the permeability to water
vapor; both will be linked to a single computer for the control
and data acquisition.

The work consists of supply, delivery, installation of the
system at the NRC address and training on equipment use; all of
the work must be completed by March 31st, 2014 or before.
