Line1, Riso Lifting Devices
Request for Proposal to supply all labour and supervision, tools
and equipment required to provide Inspections and
Certifications, Repairs, Preventative Maintenance and
Modifications to approximately 250 Lifting Devices of various
sizes for Department of National Defence, CFB Esquimalt in
Victoria BC and surrounding areas on an 'as and when' requested
basis for a two (2) year period with the option to extend for
one (1) additional year.
Mandatory Technical Criteria
a) The bidder must have attended the Mandatory Site Visit held
at CFB Esquimalt,
b) The successful bidder will be responsible for inspecting and
servicing Vehicles Hoists, Dock Levelers and Gate Barriers as
well as all Cranes and Hoists;
c) The successful company must have current previous experience
inspecting and maintaining the following types of equipment;
- 15 Tonne Level Luff Cranes;
- 30 Tonne Level Luff Gantry Cranes;
- 20 Tonne Tower Cranes;
- Jib Cranes;
- Bridge Cranes;
- Mono-Rail Craines;
d) Professional Engineers used in the work must be registered
with APEGBC;
e) The Bidder must agree to maintaining equipment to the
Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) standard, or as modified
by the Professional Engineer.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
