The objective is to procure 1000 Global Positioning System
Handheld Tracking Units, with an option to procure up to an
additional 500 over the next 24 months, at the discretion of the
Crown.

The Global Positioning Handheld Tracking Units are to be
delivered DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), Incoterms 2010. For the
initial 1000 units, all the deliverables must be received by 31
March 2014.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
