Full description

 The Royal Canadian Mounted Police is seeking information on the availability of existing combined office (approximately 424 m2) and special purpose (approximately 553 m2) space, with outdoor storage (approximately 412.8 m2), as well as secure parking (electrified) for 20 vehicles, for lease in the City of Prince Albert. Geographic boundaries are: Western Boundary – 10th Avenue West, Northern Boundary – 15th Street, Southern Boundary – City Limits, and Eastern Boundary – 15th Avenue East. Lease term is for Five (5) years, with 2 x Two (2) year options to renew, commencing April 1, 2021. Proposed space must be available at least six (6) months prior to the lease commencement date to prepare for occupancy.
