The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor(s) for the purpose of undertaking a comprehensive roof and targeted wall renewal project for Building 38, located at 1555 Duranleau Street, Vancouver, BC.
The roof and wall replacement includes, but is not limited to the following services: demolition and reconstruction of existing components and materials, such as existing exterior roof and wall cladding, windows, doors, and roof membranes. Targeted wall replacement as directed by the consultant, JRS Engineering, including replacement of framing and insulation where necessary.
Mould remediation will be undertaken as necessary and as directed by the consultant.
The term of this contract is expected to be for 6 months. The total value of this contract is expected to be $525,000.00 including all applicable taxes.
The quotation must be received at the exact location as specified in the ITT document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on October 26, 2016
