APPEL D’OFFRES POUR UN CENTRE DE FORMATION

The Career Development and Resourcing Section, Royal Canadian Mounted Police H Division (Nova Scotia) has a requirement for two locations to host delivery of RCMP training courses. The intent is to procure the services of two facilities to supplement training space at the new H Division Headquarters building. Two standing offers may be issued as a result of this Request for Standing Offer (SOA A and SOA B). The locations must be capable of providing training rooms, accommodations and meals for course participants as per the mandatory requirements herein. The period of the Standing Offer is twelve (12) months from date of issuance, with one (1) option to extend for a an additional twelve (12) months.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
