Overview;
The following is the minimum Government of Canada requirements for two (2) tool and cutter grinders to be used in the machine shop at Department of National Defence (DND) Fleet Maintenance Facility CAPE BRETON (FMF CB). This requirement is to replace two (2) tool and cutter grinde
rs that are beyond economical repair. These tool and cutter grinders will be used for sharpening various machine tool cutters used in the machine shop at FMF CB.
FMF CB intends to buy two (2) tool and cutter grinders with the option to buy one (1) or two (2) additional tool and cutter grinder(s) within 12 months of contract award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
