Request for Information (RFI) E60PR-170002/B was issued on November 27, 2017 to seek feedback from industry and other stakeholders on Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) Ethical Procurement of Apparel initiative. PSPC received many responses and held one-on-one meetings with suppliers and industry stakeholders. As a result of the feedback received, some adjustments were made to the proposed certification which will be required for all PSPC apparel contracts starting September 3, 2018. The final version of the certification as well as a clause requiring the disclosure of factory information are provided in the document attached herein.
