The PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) Environmental
Services Division (ESD) Pacific Region has a requirement for
Archaeological Services in support of the Esquimalt Graving Dock
(EGD) Waterlot Remediation Project ( Phase 2 and Phase 1C ).
Services will include an Archaeological Impact Assessment under
the west end of the EGD South Jetty prior to the commencement of
Phase 2, development and management of a Chance Find Procedure
during Phase 2 construction, and four semi-annual monitoring
events of the Archaeological site impacted by the Phase 1C
Dunn's Nook fish habitat construction.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
