Elections Canada requires the professional services of a Business Intelligence Architect to assist with an agency-wide information management and business intelligence solution. The initiative will report on the status of several operational systems, such as the National Register of Electors (E-Registration) and Alternative Voting Methods. The initiative will also integrate data from several operational systems for analysis, with the aim of detecting, during an electoral event, trending issues that the agency should be alerted to and may need to intervene in. The Electoral Integrity Project Coordination Office (EIPCO) will be a primary contributor to requirements in this area. Finally, the Business Intelligence Architect will provide recommendations for future considerations regarding Elections Canada’s digital strategy as it relates to business intelligence.
