Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement Tier 1 Holders
who qualified under the Task-Based Informatics Professional
Services.

This requirement is open only to those invited Tier 1 Qualified
TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders. The RFP is issued against the
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number
EN578-055605/D. All terms and conditions of the SA apply and
shall be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of requirement

The Project Delivery Office' (PDO) role, under the PWGSC Chief
Information Officer (CIO), is to support the delivery of PWGSC
major IT-enabled projects. The PDO has a requirement for the
services of a Technology Architect - Level 3 to support the
upcoming releases of the Government of Canada Pension
Modernization and the Government of Canada Pay Modernization
Projects.

The Technology Architect, Level 3 will assess and define all
aspects of technical solutions, including infrastructure,
application, security, service levels, etc. for both the Pension
and Pay Modernization projects and assess and define the
integration between the two projects. There is also a
requirement to coordinate and develop technical solutions and
their supporting service levels. The PDO projects seek to
incorporate and integrate industry-leading Commercial off the
Shelf (COTS) software and best practices to modernize the
government-wide application framework.
