This requirement is open only to Task Based Informatics
Professional Services (TBIPS) Supply Arrangement Tier 1 Holders
who qualified under the Task-Based Informatics Professional
Services.

This requirement is open only to those invited Tier 1 Qualified
TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders. The RFP is issued against the
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA) PWGSC file number
EN578-055605/D. All terms and conditions of the SA apply &
shall be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of requirement

The Translation Bureau's Enterprise Information Technology
Management Directorate (EITMD) is currently transforming and
modernizing the productivity tools used for translation within
the Translation Bureau. The Applications group within EITM is
responsible for the design and delivery of these translation
tools, as well as the supporting technical architectures,
frameworks and strategies that will enable their delivery.

The Applications group requires the services of a Technology
Architect, Level 3, to guide the development and integration of
the tools required to transform the Translation Bureau's
delivery of translation services. The Architect will design and
guide the integration of enterprise data, workflows and
technical services into the translation tools and contribute to
the design changes required to modernize the existing systems."

The proposed period of contract shall be one year from contract
award date with three irrevocable additional one-year option
periods.
