The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires architectural and engineering (A&E) services for the Official Residence of Canada in Brussels, Belgium. The work includes an assessment of existing conditions, a review of compliance with applicable local regulations and standards, and the development of recommendations for the repair or replacement of finishes and equipment.
